Things to consider when choosing a Training Provider

With Employers now investing in their employee’s Training they should do research before choosing a Training Provider. Here are some things to consider prior to making a decision.

Their achievement rate

It’s important to understand what percentage of learners achieve as this shows the quality of teaching and learning provided to learners.

Their Ofsted inspection

OFSTED inspect providers using an inspection framework. They make sure that the provider is delivering a high-quality service but also making sure that learners have the advice, guidance, and support needed.

The Ofsted inspection will be of interest to you as the employer of the apprentices. That’s because Ofsted inspections assess the quality of the training provided to your apprentices.

2: good
3: requires improvement
4: inadequate

Date of their OFSTED inspection

A lot can change since their last OFSTED inspection, it’s important to review when they last received an inspection or monitoring visit.
