National Apprentice of the Month – Megan Ladd

EmployerRussell-Fewins

Story:

Megan is an apprentice at Russell Fewins Removal Company having started out in the client support office dealing with customer enquiries and working with the accounts team. Following her appraisal and in recognition of the improvements she has made, her manager has promoted her to work in the Directors office where she now generates the work and job tickets. This is a big step up from her previous role and a real acknowledgement of her hard work and commitment. She now speaks directly with the clients in regard to planning the moves, generating job tickets and gathering all the necessary information from booking surveyors to generating contracts.

Megan has only been with the company since February 15 and this is her first ever job and a worthy winner of our Apprentice of the month award.
