How long has Monika worked for Smart Training?

I have been working with Smart Training and Recruitment since June 2011 as part of a great Midlands Team, building my current position through working voluntary for the company.

I help not only Apprenticeships to improve their skills and knowledge but also Traineeships to gain education and give them the skills and experience employers are looking for.

What are Monika's specialisms?

I have worked in various types of teams’. Was in charge of busy restaurants and enjoyed being part of as well as leading a successful and productive team.

Also, was responsible for ensuring that the business office runs properly and smoothly so that all business operations are completed in an effective manner.

Monika's previous work experience

My previous work experience has helped me to gain skills needed to deal with challenging customers, recognise and build an effective teams, identify and solve conflicts within the team and other skills to ensure that the business mission is completed on a daily basis.

I hold my NVQ level 2 in Team Leading, NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration and level 3 in Customer Service qualification, NOCN level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance, Level 2 Functional Skills in Application of Number, Communication and Information Communication and Technology, Level 3 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace, Level 4 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.

Monika's hobbies & interests

I cherish time spent with my family and friends. Have been brought up in a house where family values are very important, therefore I take every opportunity I can to visit my family who lives overseas.

I also enjoy exercising, cooking, meditation, reading and socialising with friends and, if the finances allow travelling.
