Job Description:

  • Visitor hospitality (welcoming any visitors to the office)
  • Answering the phone in a timely manner and directing calls / taking messages accordingly
  • Receiving deliveries
  • General housekeeping (load/unload dishwasher, empty bins, make sure the office is tidy)
  • Assisting designers with ordering of samples
  • Creating of client quotations, presentations & contract agreements
  • Creating delivery notes
  • Create sales orders
  • Maintaining client archive
  • Data cleansing
  • Researching director’s names for outreach campaigns
  • Finding new sub-contractors to quote projects
  • Ensuring that the sub-contractor insurances records are up to date – monitoring and chasing any expired certificates
  • Completing the site H+S file at the start of a job
  • Chase sub-contractors for RAMS
  • General administrative duties; typing, copying, scanning, printing, archiving, laminating etc.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

  • Good communication skills

Required Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent are required for this role.

Future Prospects

The role is being created for a new apprentice who will work towards a highly recognised Business Administration Level 3 qualification. On completion of the Apprenticeship, we anticipate a full-time position to be offered
