Job Description:

We are looking for someone who has a passion for the hospitality industry

Duties are:

  • Preparation and cooking of food
  • Follow hygiene standards
  • Complete food safety qualifications alongside the Production Chef L2
  • Learn to manage a busy kitchen
  • Order produce
  • Learn how to rotate stock
  • Learn how to complete stock control and management tasks
  • Learning how to use all kitchen equipment
  • Assisting the chef

We run a very busy kitchen so the right candidate must be able to work under pressure and have strong common sense. Everything else we can teach you.

Skills and Requirements:

Desired Skills

  • Good communicator
  • Organised 
  • Can take instruction

Required Qualifications

maths and English A-D 9-3 or equivalent are desirable
