Job Description:

 This will be an exceptionally challenging role and requires someone proactive who can step up to the challenge and keep up with the pace. The successful candidate will ultimately be key in supporting the ongoing development and growth of the business over a 12-15 month period.
You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship where your training will involve:
  • Dealing with enquiries and following up leads,
  • managing social media communications
  • Making bookings for potential new members
  • Taking responsibility for conversion of enquiries to memberships
  • Undertaking administrative functions associated with leads and enquiries
  • Reporting to management via existing tracking and administrative systems
  • Working closely with the marketing team to identify promotional campaigns
  • Taking responsibility for product and programme sales, upselling, and upgrading
  • Attending regular meetings
  • Being involved in planning and development
  • Maintaining an organised and tidy workspace/environment in allocated or shared space
  • Ensuring that customer services are delivered in the most efficient, cost effective and customer focused manner
  • Providing assistance when requested with other aspects of business, such as marketing campaigns, including attendance at promotional events
This list is not detailed or exhaustive and aims only to provide a guideline of the nature of the role. This role will change and develop in line with the developing needs of the business and industry, and in line with the apprenticeship standards. 
Attendance at promotional events may be required to follow up leads at point of enquiry.
