Job Description:

Processing of over 100 payrolls, which are a mixture of weekly, fortnightly and monthly

  • You will learn all aspects of payroll compliance, from:
  • Setting up payroll schemes, to running payrolls via several different software platforms including Brightpay and Moneysoft
  • Use of Automatic Enrolment, and basic HR compliance which also forms part of a good basic knowledge in payroll
  • Communicating with clients both over the phone and via email
  • Answering queries regarding payroll
  • Phoning clients to request info
  • Updating databases
  • General administrative duties

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic IT skills including knowledge of email, word processing and spreadsheets 

Required Qualifications

maths and English GCSE or equivalent C/4 or above

We manage payroll and pension administration for multiple clients across the UK. Payroll is a sensitive subject where accuracy is expected as standard.
