Job Description:

Duties will include:

  • Works within the commercial team, assisting where directed, in a pro-active and professional manner
  • Takes ownership, and controls the stock-taking policy, inputting data onto the system (Protean) and providing updates and reports as requested
  • Provide support and assistance with the estimating process from cradle to grave using the cypher estimating package
  • Placing orders for materials and services as directed by commercial director and using the protean system
  • Where possible, assist stores with goods received notes and booking out of materials
  • Compiling O&M manuals and product books for the clients and site engineers
  • Maintaining pricing files and monitoring trends in spend and product usage
  • Updating the supplier terms onto the estimating system cypher
  • Provide support for compliance and monitoring of ISO policies
  • Managing and updating returns records
