Job Description:

Duties will include:

  • To provide accounts administration support to the Accounts Manager 
  • To provide general administration support to the Parts and Service Department 
  • Answering the telephone – redirect where appropriate, taking and passing on messages
  • Process incoming mail and distribute 
  • To assist with stock taking
  • Regular stock taking and ordering of stationery
  • To assist in the daily office administrative tasks including filing, posting out statements/invoices, photocopying etc.
  • To carry out any other duties, as reasonably requested, which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the post

Skills and Requirements:

Desired Skills

  • In this role you will need to be adaptable to different tasks and work well in a team
  • IT skills are advantageous
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work on the fly will be required

Required Qualifications

English and maths at 4 or C and above.

Future Prospects

On completion of apprenticeship full time role.

Training to be delivered

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills in maths and English if required
  • On the job training
