Job Description:

The role will encompass:

  • Liaison with transport department
  • This will involve communicating with the truck drivers & operations managers to check status of jobs
  •  Administration of divisional weighbridge tickets/paperwork. Inputting data, invoices, use of database
  • Upselling to clients on the phone when contacting or being contacted by clients
  • No hard selling but you will be expected to 'add on' to sales with the relevant training
  • Basic admin tasks 
  • Dealing with internal staff 

You will communicate a lot with truck drivers, customer service advisors and client's admin staff
Complete training package will be delivered around the business and full support at work

Required Qualifications

GCSE grade A*-C 4/9 English, maths and ICT. Apart from this, no other formal qualifications are required as all applicants will be assessed on an individual personal merit after interview.
