Job Description:

Duties will include:

  • To carry out telesales/telemarketing campaigns as per the client’s brief
  • To complete and update the client time spreadsheet during the timetable hours of work
  • To undertake any administrative requests relating to the client’s campaigns
  • To actively generate new business for The Sales Manager Telemarketing Division using cold calling, referrals and other sales and marketing activities as requested by the Managing Director
  • To attend sales appointments to promote the services of The Sales Manager Telemarketing Division
  • To follow up leads for the division within 24 hours
  • Update the Client’s CRM system with all sales activities
  • To provide telesales/telemarketing services for The Sales Manager Training Division
  • To achieve the targets and KPI’s for the client’s campaigns and those set by the Telemarketing Manager
  • To complete all work required for the apprenticeship scheme during the 3 hours allotted during the working week, and in their own time if necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Good standard of general education to GCSE level (or equivalent) to include GCSE in English and maths at Grade C/4 or above
  • IT qualification is desirable

  • Level 2 Sales and Telesales Framework
  • Functional Skills in maths and English if required
