Job Description:
Duties will involve:
- Loading and unloading vehicles following company H & S guidelines during collections and dispatches to ensure equipment is not damaged
- Identify and report any goods that are damaged
- Complete orders, relevant paperwork and audit changes including timescales of goods to be sold
- Ensure work area is tidy and clean
- Quality checking goods and testing them using appropriate testing equipment
- Repair stock units as advised
- Ensure stock system is kept up to date
- Moving pallets and preparing work orders
- Assisting technicians with stock preparations of goods
- Destroy faulty goods in appropriate recycling bins
- Preparing orders and goods for dispatch
- Ensuring accurate auditing of PC's, monitors/phones, printers, POS equipment and other equipment including customers data using company software
Skills and Requirements:
Desired Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with colleagues and clients
- Be computer literate
- Ability to use own initiative
- Organisational skills
Required Qualifications
- Good standard of general education to GCSE level (or equivalent) to include GCSE in English and maths at Grade C/4 or above
- IT qualification Is desirable
