From day one to qualified – what to expect
A 14-month programme of learning alongside their day job, followed by their End-Point Assessment.
Getting started
Months 1–3
Enrolment and their development plan, then how your business works, leading and motivating a team, and managing people inclusively.
Finance and customers
Months 4–6
Reading a P&L and managing budgets, using feedback and marketing to grow sales, and their legal, technology and sustainability responsibilities.
Operational management
Months 7–11
Managing food and beverage service, front office, hospitality outlets, kitchens and housekeeping to business and brand standard.
Project and Gateway
Months 12–14
Scoping a real business project with stakeholder input, mock assessments and Gateway.
End-Point Assessment
After Gateway
An on-demand theory test, a business project and a professional discussion, assessed by Highfield.
