Your concern is sent to our Designated Safeguarding Team. Our DSL will review it and decide what action to take. We aim to respond within one working day. What you tell us is treated sensitively and only shared with people who need to know in order to keep someone safe — for example, social services or the police if there is a serious risk of harm. We won’t share your information without your consent unless we are required to by law.
