Learning & Development Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 3

This qualification is suitable for any business where training and development is required. It is beneficial for the business to develop the skills of an L&D practitioner internally to upskill the workforce. Apprentices will typically have expertise and competence in their specific field whether it be technical, vocational or behavioural. This qualification will teach the them about the learning cycle and develop their ability to plan training, within their area of responsibility, to meet business objectives and improve performance. The Apprentice must be able to plan and deliver training during their on-programme learning time to reflect upon in their learning journal. They must be able to work on a project post gateway, which can last no longer than four months, to plan and implement an L&D solution to an identified business problem.
