“I’ve really enjoyed the Apprenticeship so far, especially being able to learn new things and then use them in my role straight away. It’s helped me build my knowledge in both HR and payroll and I’ve gained a much better understanding of how everything works behind the scenes. I’ve also enjoyed having the opportunity to develop new skills while still gaining practical experience every day.
Since starting the Apprenticeship, I’ve definitely become more confident in my role. I feel more comfortable taking on new tasks, asking questions and using my own judgement when dealing with different situations. It’s also made me feel more positive about my future career, as I’m building skills and experience that will help me progress and open up more opportunities within HR and payroll.”
