Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Level 3

This Apprenticeship is for people leading frontline care for vulnerable adults within their own homes, day care centres, residential and nursing homes and other healthcare settings. It is designed for experienced care workers with team leading responsibilities. Apprentices must already have a Care Certificate and be in a senior role with responsibility for mentoring and supervising others and will be expected to exercise judgement and take appropriate action to support individuals to maintain their independence, dignity and control.
