Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship Level 5

This Apprenticeship is for people leading the care service and managing teams of carers to look after adults with care needs, who want to inspire and make positive differences to someone’s life when they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional, psychological or intellectual challenges. The Apprentice must be in a managerial role with accountability for staff, budgets, safeguarding, and quality.
