Celebrating Success: Kacey Bullions’ Journey in Payroll Apprenticeship

We currently have over 130 learners studying for their Level 3 Payroll Administration Apprenticeship qualification – Kacey Bullions is one of them and this is her latest update! We asked Kacey if her Apprenticeship journey with Smart has exceeded her expectations. Here’s what she had to say…

“Since joining Enterprise Mobility to undergo my Apprenticeship, I have been truly amazed by my growth and development. I have enjoyed every minute of this journey and, with all the guidance from Enterprise Mobility and Smart Training, I have gained the confidence to process two payroll groups! This has been a significant opportunity for me, as it shows my hard work and dedication is paying off.

I was recently honoured to receive the Enterprise Mobility Payroll Department’s ‘Star of the Month’ award. This recognition not only made me feel valued but also highlighted how my contributions continue to make a significant impact. I was able to achieve this by helping three other Payroll groups with their processes, along with my own responsibilities and whilst studying for the Payroll Apprenticeship!

Additionally, I was also given the opportunity to participate in one of Enterprise Mobility’s marketing campaign photoshoots. This was an experience I will remember for a long time! I am also involved with the Business Management Social Committee, where we plan events for the whole of the department. This has brought me out of my comfort zone and allows me to forge connections  with colleagues across various teams in the company.

I am hugely grateful to Megan, Emily and Sarah for their invaluable support and guidance throughout the different units in Payroll. The Smart Training team are amazing, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking an Apprenticeship!”
