Coaching Professional Apprenticeship Level 5
This Apprenticeship will enhance the coaching offering and delivery within organisations. Ideal for new and existing talent, this programme offers insights to modern and more advanced coaching tools and techniques, helping Coaches enhance the performance and confidence of employees across the business, through practical coaching application. It adds a new, valuable pathway to L&D teams, which may already have a mentor pathway, as well as traditional training and e-learning. Once qualified, the Coach is a more rounded individual, able to have insights into colleagues challenges and development.

Anyone with supervisory experience can coach others.

Learner Journey
- 14 months on-programme learning + 3 months End Point Assessment period (observation with questioning, interview with portfolio and knowledge test)
- Blended delivery method of 1-2-1 and group online teaching and learning with our specialist tutors, with supervision and peer support
- One 2hr teaching session per month and one 2hr peer-to-peer session a week (Apprentices must attend 2 per month) with 12 weekly reviews with their line manager
- Apprentices must have at least 2 coachees from month 3 to the end of learning and to take into EPA observations
- Workplace training, shadowing & mentoring
- End Point Assessment preparation
- Progress Reviews
- 342 hours of Dedicated Learning Time will need to be recorded across the duration of the qualification, particularly the reading list as is essential
