Learning and Skills Mentor Apprenticeship Level 4

This qualification is suitable for any business where training and development is required. This may include new employees, Apprentices or supporting employees to progress within the organisation by delivering training to support succession planning. Apprentices will develop the ability to conduct initial assessments to assess the starting point for their mentee’s, set targets and deliver training as required. Apprentices will also learn how to provide effective feedback, use different questioning techniques, help the mentee overcome barriers and work collaboratively with stakeholders to inclusively meet the individual needs of the mentee.  The mentor will also be committed to their own professional development and reflective practice as a mentor and within their sector.
