Learning and Development Practitioners design and deliver training programs to meet the learning needs of an organisation, working with stakeholder/business area managers.

The Learning and Development Practitioner role typically exists in many private, public and third-sector organisations.

Key Facts:

  • Qualification: Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3
  • Duration: 12 months (minimum) + 3 months for EPA
  • Off-the-job training: 6 hours per week (minimum)
  • Functional skills: English and maths Level 2
