“When I founded Smart Training and Recruitment Ltd in 2003, my goal was to make a difference in people’s lives through education and skills development. Our mission statement “Working together to Enrich Life”, was brought to life 21 years ago and remains as integral to our approach today as it did then.”
I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved over the past two decades. In that time, we have successfully delivered over 25,000 Apprentices working with 6,000 businesses.

We also seek to continuously develop our own skills and knowledge and recently we have been re awarded Grade 2 Good Ofsted and our latest award for Disability Confident Leader has cemented our commitment to working with people who are living with disabilities.
Further, I am honoured to confirm that in October 2024, Smart Training and Recruitment won the prestigious Observer/Portsmouth News, South-East, Training Provider/Programme of the Year award, at a glittering award ceremony in Portsmouth, sponsored by the Royal Navy.”
