All of us at Smart Training and Recruitment are very proud of our training opportunities; we have a comprehensive online library of learning resources available via our e-portfolio system OneFile and SkillsForward, our online Maths, English and ICT learning programmes. These resources are available anytime while you are on a qualification with us.

Smart Training and Recruitment will ensure you have support when you are a learner with us.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is a primary focus throughout the education sector, with much attention given to children and vulnerable adults and is the process of protecting these individuals from abuse or neglect and preventing impairment of health and development.

At Smart Training and Recruitment, we are committed to all of our learners without exception. Smart Training and Recruitment is determined to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to protect all learners who undertake a qualification with us from harm. Everyone involved in your training programme is responsible for ensuring you can enjoy learning in a safe environment and are protected from all forms of abuse at all times.

We are here to help give you support and guidance at all times.

Our job is to ensure that:

• Your training fits your requirements
• Offers the skills needed for the job
• Satisfies national standards.
• We will also be there to help you through any difficult times.

Apprenticeships can be demanding but very rewarding because they train you in the skills employers want and give you career choices.

When you have finished:

• You can carry on working
• May get a promotion
• You may be able to progress to a higher-level apprenticeship
• Go on to higher education in a college or university

We will discuss your options for progression throughout your time on the programme.
