Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

Hospitality supervisors work across various businesses, including bars, restaurants, cafés, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels and contract caterers.

They provide vital support to management teams and can independently supervise hospitality services and running shifts.

Key Facts:

  • Qualification: Hospitality Supervisor Level 3
  • Duration: 12 months (minimum) + 3 months for EPA
  • Off-the-job training: 6 hours per week (minimum)
  • Functional skills: English and maths Level 2
  • Progression: Hospitality Manager Level 4
