Apprenticeship Overview:
This Coaching Professional Apprenticeship enhances the coaching offering and delivery in your organisation. Ideal for new and existing talent, this programme offers insights into modern and more advanced coaching tools and techniques. Through practical coaching and mentoring applications, apprentices will learn to enhance the performance and confidence of employees across the business.
On completion of this Apprenticeship, learners will be eligible to register with either the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the Association of Coaching, or the International Coaching Federation. Learners have a multitude of progression routes available. They may progress into senior coaching or management roles and progress on to further, higher education opportunities in Coaching and Mentoring, including a Level 7 Masters.
