Learning & Development Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 3
Learning and Development Practitioners design and deliver training programs to meet the learning needs of an organisation, working with stakeholder/business area managers.
Apprenticeship Overview:
This Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship will support organisations in equipping their Learning & Development team with the skills needed to utilise training and upskilling opportunities for their entire workforce, raising the organisation’s competitive advantage. It is designed for those who will be involved in the identification, design and delivery of learning and training or learning needs. The role of the Learning & Development Professional is to support people management and personal and professional development.
The successful Apprentice may be eligible to apply for Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or any other professional body that recognises this Apprenticeship within its membership criteria.
