Your learner journey: support from Smart
As Apprentices begin their journey, they receive dedicated support from specialist tutors throughout the 12 months of on-programme learning. This support includes monthly virtual classroom lessons, workshops, and tailored 1-2-1 online support. Additionally, they receive workplace training, shadow seasoned professionals, and take part in mentoring programs. Extra support in English and Mathematics is also available to fully prepare apprentices for their assessment.
