Career progression after completing a Manufacturing Apprenticeship
After finishing a Manufacturing Apprenticeship, individuals can advance to more advanced positions within their organisations or pursue additional qualifications. For instance, apprentices who complete the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 will attain their OAL Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing.
