Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship Level 2

Warehouse Operative Apprentices work in a variety of warehouse environments. Work activities include taking deliveries, checking for damaged or missing items, storing goods, moving stock by various methods, picking and packing orders, loading goods for dispatch, maintaining stock records and documentation, and cleaning.

Apprenticeship Overview:

This Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship is for people carrying out a range of moving, packaging, and stock-taking roles and duties in a warehouse environment. Apprentices will develop their knowledge and skills in taking deliveries, checking for damaged or missing items, storing goods, moving stock by various methods, picking and packing orders, loading goods for dispatch, maintaining stock records and documentation, and cleaning. They will learn how to communicate with a wide range of people and provide a quality of service that meets customers’ expectations and encourages repeat business.
